Training

We provide training for all solutions that we deploy.  Our approach to training is flexible and we can customize it to suit the specific requirements of your organization.  Training can be conducted on-site or at our main location in downtown Ottawa.

Our training approach is often aimed at two primary groups: End users and System administrators.  Training for end users focuses on solution features, understanding user interfaces and functionalities, and learning to use the solution as a business tool that increases productivity and work efficiencies.  For system administrators, our training services focuses on knowledge transfer and aims to impart detailed technical know-how that allows administrators to manage back-end operations and respond to common user issues effectively.
