Saperion ERM/COLD

The COLD module of Saperion is used to transfer data stored on mainframe and other host systems to be archived and available from within Saperion. Such data can include invoices, receipts, customer statements, etc. The driver automatically interprets any special codes, and extracts desired indexing information without human intervention.

Spool files are analyzed at multiple levels and divided into individual documents, and indexing information is automatically extracted. For viewing, the text is superimposed over a background form using any desired font and formatting.

The transfer of data can also be automated; For example, you can schedule printouts that have accumulated to be archived from the host computer during the night with SAPERION. After they have been transferred successfully, the host files can be deleted or renamed.

The COLD Converter has a graphic interface. The selection of index fields on the print-output forms is accomplished graphically by selecting the desired parts with the mouse. An interface allows custom DLL routines to be connected.
