Data-Beamer

Data-Beamer is a revolutionary product that allows any Windows or Web application to communicate with the Saperion Document Management solution without any need for programming effort.

Once Data-Beamer is configured (which takes a few minutes), users can index document or launch search queries by simply double-clicking on any field within their Windows or Web application.

Data-Beamer can support an unlimited number of applications. It can Image-Enable any other application without requiring any integration effort to write a programming interface between the two applications.

Any application can now have the capability to store or query the corporate document repository and retrieve the desired documents. For example, double-clicking the invoice number field in an accounting application can automatically retrieve the image of the invoice and display it at the user's screen. A bank officer may be working within their bank's banking application and by clicking on the mortgage number field, a request is sent to Saperion to retrieve the electronic mortgage file and display it.
