IIM repositories

A centralized repository which contains all latest, approved and official information (Content and Data) is the main repository of an IIM solution.
However, sections or groups within an organization will require operational repositories to store in-progress information and information that are not deemed shareable or of importance to other sections within the organization.
As well, information that is no longer relevant to daily operations, but has historical value or legal requirements, must be kept and for that, an Archive repository will be needed.
This concept was deployed at several client installs with rules and workflows that governed movement of information, either manually or automatically, from one repository to another.
Authorized users can select to search any of these repositories and can be restricted from manually adding information to the Published or Archive repositories. 

Process automation and control

Many of the Construction industry processes are repetitive in nature, such as applying for build permits, controlling inspection steps, singing contracts, maintaining safety procedures or processing invoices and cheques.
